Home Pool Requirements
Most residential pools in Dubai are perfectly suited. Here is exactly what we look for:
Minimum pool size
4m × 3m is sufficient for most lessons. Smaller pools can work for young children.
Pool depth
1m–1.8m for most instruction. Shallower pools are fine for beginners and young children.
Pool access
Clear path for the instructor to reach the pool area. Indoor or outdoor pools both work.
Pool condition
Clean water with functioning filtration. Standard maintenance is sufficient.
Shade (optional)
Shaded pools are more comfortable in summer months but not required.

Summer Temperatures
From May to September, midday outdoor temperatures exceed 40°C. Your home pool–especially with shade–remains usable for early morning or evening lessons when public facilities may be crowded.
Traffic Considerations
Driving across Dubai to reach a swimming academy adds 30–60 minutes each way. That's time your child could spend in the pool, not stuck in a car.
Building Coordination
If you have an apartment pool, check with building management about private instruction. Most buildings allow it during off-peak hours or with advance notice.
Pool Temperature
Most Dubai pools are comfortable year-round. Heated pools are common in newer villas and apartments. Winter months (December–February) may require pool heating.

Pool Check
Send us a photo of your pool (optional but helpful). We'll confirm suitability and answer any questions about requirements.
Instructor Match
We assign an instructor based on your location, swimmer's age/level, and scheduling needs.
First Lesson
Instructor arrives with all equipment. First session includes assessment and goal-setting. You just need swimsuit and towel.

Our swim coaches (qualifications listed per coach) become full-day mentors for your child – swimming, homework help, outdoor sports, park visits, and creative activities. From AED 55/hour on monthly packages; 4-hour session AED 400; availability is limited.
