Female-coach availability varies by neighbourhood and by time of day. We would rather tell you that now than promise a slot we cannot fill. The first lesson — AED 99, at your pool
Thirty minutes for children up to five, forty-five to sixty for teens and adults. Your coach works out where you are in the water, explains what the programme would look like, and answers everything. Booking it commits you to nothing.
You decide whether to continue
No package until you have met your coach and been in the water with her. If the fit is not right, we switch you to another coach — free.
The same coach, every lesson after that
Reschedule free with twenty-four hours' notice — a lesson moves, it never burns. Progress is tracked lesson by lesson so you can see what changed.

?Can I learn to swim as an adult woman who has never swum before?
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons women call us. Adult beginners are ordinary work for our coaches, not a special case. The first lessons are about being comfortable in water — breathing, floating, letting the water hold you — before any stroke work begins. Nobody is put out of their depth, and nobody is rushed.
?What should I wear for a ladies-only swimming lesson?
Whatever you are comfortable swimming in. A full-cover swimsuit or burkini is completely normal and does not slow learning down — your coach will have taught in one before. If you are unsure whether what you own is suitable for swimming, send a photo on WhatsApp before the first lesson and we will tell you honestly.
?How much do ladies-only swimming lessons cost in Dubai?
The same as every other private lesson we teach — there is no surcharge for requesting a female coach. The first lesson is AED 99, a regular single lesson is AED 300, and packages bring the per-lesson price down: AED 1,160 for 4 lessons, AED 2,200 for 8, AED 2,500 for 10, AED 4,500 for 20 and AED 6,000 for 30.
?Can a female coach teach my daughter?
Yes. Many families ask for a female coach for their daughters, whether for cultural reasons or simply because their child is more comfortable that way. The programme is exactly the same one we teach every child — only the coach differs.
?What if I am afraid of water?
Fear of water is common in adult beginners and it is not an obstacle — it is simply where the programme starts. The first level of our ladder is called Trust for a reason. Your coach stays in the water with you, nothing happens without you agreeing to it first, and you decide the pace. Many women who arrive unable to put their face in the water are swimming a length within a few months.
?Do I need my own pool?
A villa pool or your building's pool both work. If your pool is a shared community pool, the building's management may require written permission before a coach can teach there — tell us the community when you message and we will walk you through what is needed. If you have no pool access at all, say so and we will go through the options with you.
