2. Information We Collect

When you submit an enquiry or book a lesson, we collect:

• Name and contact details (phone number, email address)
• Location in Dubai (community or area)
• Swimming experience level and service requirements
• Language preference
• Page URL from which you submitted the form

We also collect standard technical data automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referral source. This is used to improve site performance and understand how visitors find us.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange swimming lessons
• To send booking confirmations and session reminders
• To improve our services and website experience
• To understand which Dubai areas and services are most in demand

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

4. Data Storage and Security

Enquiry data is processed via Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) and delivered by Resend email service. Both platforms apply industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest). We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted unless an ongoing coaching relationship exists.

5. WhatsApp Communication

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy (Meta Platforms). We use WhatsApp Business solely to respond to lesson enquiries.

6. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and user behaviour in aggregate. Google Analytics sets cookies to track sessions and page views. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection law (including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection), you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

8. Children's Privacy

We provide swimming lessons for children but we collect personal data only from the parent or guardian who submits an enquiry. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under the age of 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
