?Are the mentors background-checked and certified?
Yes. Every Active Mentor is an STA-certified swimming instructor who already works with children in Dubai homes. They hold valid first-aid certification and have been vetted through our standard screening process.
?Can my child still have swimming lessons as part of the mentorship?
Absolutely. Our Swim + Mentor Combo includes a structured swimming lesson plus additional mentoring hours. It's the most popular option for families who already train with us.
?What ages is the Active Mentor programme for?
We work with children aged 4 to 14. Activities are adapted by age group: younger children (4-7) focus on play-based learning and movement, while older children (8-14) get homework support, sports coaching, and structured outdoor activities.
?What if schools reopen – can I cancel or pause?
Monthly packages can be paused or converted to after-school sessions. We offer flexible rescheduling – up to 2 free reschedules per month on the Monthly plan.
