Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By booking swimming lessons with ProFit Swimming ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all private swimming lessons provided at residential properties in Dubai, UAE.

2. Booking and Payment

• Lessons are booked via our contact form, WhatsApp, or telephone. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date, time, and location with you.
• Payment is due before or at the start of each lesson unless a package arrangement has been agreed in advance.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and cash. We will confirm accepted methods at the time of booking.
• Package lessons (bundles of multiple sessions) must be used within the agreed timeframe. Unused sessions beyond the expiry date are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Client cancellation with 24+ hours notice: Session can be rescheduled at no charge.
• Client cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: The session may be charged in full at our discretion.
• Client no-show: The full session fee is charged.
• Instructor cancellation: We will reschedule at no charge or issue a full refund for that session.
• We reserve the right to cancel or pause sessions during extreme weather conditions (dust storms, extreme heat warnings, or heavy rain) for safety reasons.

4. Pool Requirements

Lessons take place at the client's residential pool. You are responsible for ensuring:

• The pool is clean and safe with appropriate water chemistry (pH 7.2–7.6, chlorine 1–3 ppm)
• The pool area is free from hazards and adequately lit for early morning or evening lessons
• Pool access is available at the agreed lesson time
• Any relevant community or building rules regarding pool use are followed

We reserve the right to decline to conduct a lesson if pool conditions are deemed unsafe. In this case the session will be rescheduled without charge.

5. Health and Safety

• All participants must be in good physical health. Please inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or injuries before lessons begin.
• Children under the age of 7 must have a parent or guardian present at all times during lessons.
• Our instructors hold valid swimming teacher certifications and first aid/CPR qualifications.
• ProFit Swimming is not liable for accidents or injuries arising from failure to disclose relevant health information, unsupervised pool access before or after lessons, or non-compliance with instructor instructions.

6. Media and Photography

We may occasionally photograph or film lessons for promotional purposes on our website or social media. We will always request your explicit consent before doing so. You may withdraw consent at any time.

7. Liability Limitation

Our liability to you is limited to the value of lessons paid for in the relevant booking period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Swimming carries inherent risk; by engaging our services you accept that risk and confirm participants are fit to participate.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
