ProFit Swimming started with a simple frustration: group swimming classes in Dubai are often expensive, inconvenient, and slow. Children sit on pool steps waiting their turn while the instructor's attention is split six ways.
Every ProFit instructor begins their career at our training centre in Baku, where they are trained and assessed before earning the right to coach in Dubai. By the time a ProFit coach arrives at your pool, they've already seen every learning pattern and fear response.
We come to you. Your home pool, your schedule, your child's pace. The same coach where availability allows. Written progress notes after every lesson. No hidden fees, no groups, no compromises.

We built a different model. Every ProFit instructor begins their career at our training centre in Baku, where they are trained and assessed before earning the right to coach in Dubai. This isn't a shortcut system – it's a genuine apprenticeship. By the time a ProFit coach arrives at your pool in JVC or Dubai Hills or Arabian Ranches, they've already seen every learning pattern, every fear response, every common mistake. They know exactly what to do.

Evgeny founded ProFit on a simple conviction — that teaching kids well is one of the most useful things a person can do. A professional MMA fighter who has lived his whole life in sport, he treats swimming as a foundation for a confident life, not just a skill. He coaches globally and personally at once: studying each student, finding their strengths, and gently drawing out the fear or self-doubt a child is afraid to show — then replacing it with the will to win. Behind the stack of certifications and the child-psychology reading is his real edge: a quiet certainty in his craft and a refusal to stop learning. For him, coaching kids is also a way to step out of the adult world's hard rules and remember what it feels like to be amazed by everything again.

Miguel has been coaching since 2014 and with ProFit since 2016, which makes him our most experienced coach and, not coincidentally, the one parents quietly hope their child gets. He's the rare mix of genuinely fun in the water and seriously professional out of it: punctual to the minute and forever adding another swim-teaching course to the pile. His only real flaw is his kindness — he's been known to shyly wave off payment and "gift" a lesson simply because a child had a breakthrough day. Off the pool deck he's a devoted Dungeons & Dragons player who will happily argue that anime is the finest thing humanity has produced — so your child is coached by someone who takes imagination as seriously as technique.

Ekaterina is the coach parents describe with the word "finally." Specialising in parent-and-baby, toddler water confidence, and special-needs aquatics, she has an almost unfair gift for making a nervous little one feel safe — the reviews are full of children who "didn't like water" until her. Patient, warm, and quietly meticulous, she reads a child's comfort like a second language and never rushes the moment trust is built. Parents tend to exhale the second she steps into the water.
